3.1 Data You Provide Directly

When you register for a wfi4d Account, complete KYC verification, use our Services, or contact our support team, you may provide us with the following categories of Personal Data:

• Identity Data: Full legal name, date of birth, gender, nationality, Indonesian KTP (national ID) number, and a scanned copy or photograph of your KTP or other government-issued identification documents.
• Contact Data: Email address, mobile phone number (Indonesian number preferred), and residential address in Indonesia.
• Financial Data: Bank account details for your preferred Indonesian bank (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and others), e-wallet account details (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), deposit and withdrawal transaction records, and balance history.
• Account Credentials: Username and encrypted password. We do not store your password in plain text under any circumstances.
• Communications Data: Records of your interactions with our customer support team via live chat, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel, including the content of those communications.
• Responsible Gaming Preferences: Any deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, or self-exclusion requests you set within your Account.

3.2 Data Collected Automatically

• KYC and identity verification service providers
• Indonesian payment processing partners (banks and e-wallet providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja)
• Cloud hosting and server infrastructure providers
• Third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) who process gameplay and transaction data to deliver game services

wfi4d retains Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your Account plus five (5) years after account closure, to satisfy AML and gaming regulatory record-keeping requirements.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• KYC Documents: Retained for five (5) years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication in a support thread.
• Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw consent or for two (2) years after your last active engagement, whichever comes first.
• Technical and Usage Logs: Retained for twelve (12) months from the date of collection, after which they are aggregated and anonymized.

When Personal Data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it in a manner that prevents recovery or reconstruction.

• Incident Response: In the event of a confirmed Personal Data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected Users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, where technically and legally feasible.

wfi4d Services are strictly intended for adults who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 21 years of age. If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a minor, we will immediately close the associated Account, delete the Personal Data, and, if applicable, report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
